Who do I contact about a vacation rental's
availability? |
|
|
Please submit your Reservation request, regarding the
property. We will respond within 24 hours. Please ensure
you provide all details on the Reservation form
including, your name, address, telephone number, fax
number and e-mail address for the owners. If you have
further questions we can directly contact an owner or an
agent who really knows about the property and can answer
specific questions for you. |

How do I make a booking? |
|
|
Once we confirm availability we will send you a
reservation booking form (a rental agreement).
The reservation booking form will include defined
arrival and departure dates, payment schedules,
description and address of property, detailed
instructions, and terms and conditions related to
cancellations and refunds. |

How do I contact the owner? |
|
|
Individual property owners have their own way of
communicating. We will notify you of their preference. |

What type of deposit and payment due dates can I
expect? |
|
|
The rental agreement will require a booking deposit of
10% to confirm the reservation, with full payment
received 8 weeks prior to arrival. It is important that
all payments be submitted as specified in the rental
agreement.
In addition to the booking deposit, some owners require
a refundable security deposit either at the time of
booking or upon arrival. Specifics related to the
security deposit, including property maintenance,
damages and additional fees such as telephone charges,
should be detailed in the rental agreement. |

How are cancellation and refunds handled? |
|
|
The rental agreement will require a booking deposit of
10% non refundable to confirm the reservation. Full
payment is arranged with the owner 8 weeks prior to
arrival. |

What happens when I arrive at the property? |
|
|
Most owners live on site or nearby and will meet you, or
have their representative meet you at the property. Make
sure you are given details of someone you can contact
if something goes wrong. If you are delayed, it is
courteous to inform the owner. |
